"Fair Prices and Good Value"
I’ve ordered from Fat Quarter Shop a handful of times now, and overall I’ve been happy with them. Their prices usually feel fair to me, and they run some good sales, which helps a lot when you’re buying fabric or kits. I don’t mind paying for quality, but I also don’t want to feel like I’m being overcharged, and so far I haven’t felt that way here. Shipping seems reasonable enough, and everything I’ve received has felt worth the price. No complaints from me.

I liked that the product pages had the main details right there, like fabric size, colors, what comes with it, and clear photos. It just felt like enough information to feel sure about what I was getting.

"Super easy exchange, right?"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size fabric bundle and had to exchange it. I was kind of expecting it to be a hassle, but the return steps were really clear and they got back to me quickly. My replacement showed up without any drama, which is all you can ask for, right? Really happy with how simple the whole thing was.

I found the site easy to use overall. I tend to click around a lot instead of going in a straight line, like looking at fabric, then jumping to patterns, then remembering I needed something else, but I could usually find my way back without getting lost. A few pages loaded kind of slow for me, and I do wish the filters were a little more helpful, especially when I’m trying to narrow things down. But the navigation made sense, and checkout was simple, so overall it was a smooth enough experience.

I didn’t expect the tutorials to help as much as they did, but they really made a difference. I’m the kind of person who needs things explained step by step, not just quickly shown once, and these were clear enough that I could actually follow along without constantly pausing and guessing what I was supposed to do next. The quilting tips were straightforward, the instructions made sense, and it saved me a lot of time because I wasn’t going back and fixing little mistakes over and over. It just made the whole process feel a lot less frustrating

"Solid place for fabric shopping"
I shop at Fat Quarter Shop often because they usually have a ton of fabric lines and notions all in one spot, which is nice when I’m trying to find everything for a project and don’t feel like bouncing around to five different websites, most of the stuff I need is usually in stock and that makes things way easier, though some of the really popular prints do sell out quickly which can be annoying, but overall it’s been a reliable place for me to order from

I mostly use Fat Quarter Shop when I’m trying to match fabric lines, the search works really well. I know some people can be picky about site searches, but I’ve had good luck typing in a designer, collection name, or even just a color, and it usually pulls up what I need without me having to dig around forever.
The filters help a lot too, especially for brand, theme, and precuts. It makes shopping way less annoying, and I can narrow things down fast instead of scrolling through a million pages. Maybe it’s not perfect every single time, but for how I shop, it definitely does the job.

"Pretty close to the photos"
The fabric looked almost exactly like the pictures, at least close enough that I wasn’t surprised when it arrived. The colors were maybe a little softer in person, but that kind of made it feel like the photos were accurate enough. I’m still happy with what I got.

I’ve gotten used to assuming these boxes will have something fun in them, and so far that pattern has held up. The picks are always enjoyable, everything has shipped just fine, and I haven’t run into any issues. It’s just a simple, happy little quilting treat each time.

I’ve been getting this subscription box for a while now, and it’s been super dependable. Compared to a few others I’ve tried, this one actually shows up when it says it will, and everything is packed neatly instead of feeling thrown together. The fabric picks have been consistently good too, which I really appreciate. I don’t have to worry about it being late or disappointing, it’s just an easy, reliable thing to look forward to every month.

"Refund took a few days, but it worked out"
I had to send back part of my order. The refund didn’t show up right away, which was a little annoying at first. A few days passed. I reached out to customer service and they did reply, explained what was going on. So, not really a big problem in the end. Would’ve been nicer if it was quicker, but overall it was handled fine.
